How fast can you turn around the report?

Standard turnaround is 24 hours from inspection. Same-day reports are available for $75 extra if you have a tight closing window — schedule depending. Just tell us your deadline when you book.

Will the report tell me what to fix and what to leave?

Yes. Every finding includes our honest take on whether it's a real issue, a cosmetic note, or something to monitor. If we recommend work, you get an itemized estimate so you know what numbers to take into negotiation.

Do you work directly with realtors?
