This policy explains what information Attic Doctor — a brand operated by Certified Sweeps LLC ("we," "us") — collects from you when you use our website or services, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, phone number, email (if provided), property address or ZIP, the service you're interested in, and any notes you include.
- Booking submissions: the same as above, plus your appointment date/time and any answers to our booking questions.
- Anonymous web analytics: aggregated traffic data (page views, referrers, country/region) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. No personally identifying information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a free attic checkup.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and on-the-way notifications.
- To provide and follow up on services you've requested.
- To improve our website and service quality.
SMS & text messaging
By submitting our contact form, booking an appointment via our scheduling page, or providing your phone number to us in any other way, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Attic Doctor related to your inquiry, your appointment, and your service.
- Message frequency: Variable — typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry or job.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all future messages from us.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We will never share your phone number, email, or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed for them to do that:
- Twilio — sends our SMS messages.
- Cal.com — handles appointment scheduling.
- Cloudflare — hosts our website and processes form submissions.
- Google — calendar integration for our scheduling system.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes — ever. We will only share information when required by law (e.g., a valid legal process).
How long we keep your information
We keep contact and booking information for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal/tax record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your choices
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we have about you by emailing us.
- If you live in a state with specific privacy rights (California, Virginia, Colorado, etc.), those rights apply to you and we will honor any valid requests.
